First, sign up in the Buyer's Rebate form below, then search for yourself at Search MLS, or click on Dream Home Finder and I will use my tools and expertise to find the homes that fit your criteria for you.
*The commission offered in the MLS, from For Sale By Owners, or New Construction Home Builders to Buyer's Agents (BAC) for a property must be a minimum of 3% to qualify.
**All buyers must sign a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) promulgated "Buyer Representation Agreement" form declaring me as your "Exclusive Buyer's Agent" and buyer must not be under any type of representation agreement with another Agent, REALTOR®, or Broker.
***Special arrangements MUST be made in advance of contacting/showing any "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) properties. And if you are wanting to purchase a "New Construction Home" you MUST contact Your Home Realty before you register with the builder or they will not pay a REALTOR® commission.
